Hi Venera, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my journey as a lash artist in 2018, which ignited my passion for the beauty industry. Motivated to expand my expertise, I enrolled in esthetics school to obtain my professional license. Like many, I’ve always been fascinated by skincare and have personally experienced a wide range of treatments, including lasers and IPL facials. However, I often found myself dissatisfied with the quality of service. This inspired me to pursue a career in esthetics with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and results for my clients. My goal has always been to provide the highest standard of care, ensuring each client feels confident and valued.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The journey has certainly had its challenges, as success rarely comes without obstacles, especially when pursuing something you are truly passionate about. I faced significant hurdles when I had to pause my career twice due to my pregnancies. Restarting each time was difficult, as rebuilding a strong and loyal clientele from the ground up is no easy task. However, I was incredibly grateful to find that my clients returned to me, even after my extended breaks. Their unwavering support and loyalty have been a constant source of motivation. It drives me to provide the best possible experience every time, as I deeply value the trust they place in me.

I am a dedicated self-contractor specializing in multi-step skin treatments, including customized facials, facial massage, and head spa/scalp treatments. In addition, I work as a laser hair removal technician at one of the most esteemed medical spas in the industry. I obtained my laser and IPL certification in 2022 while on maternity leave with my first child, driven by my commitment to expanding my expertise and delivering advanced, effective treatments.
I am known for my meticulous attention to detail and my unwavering dedication to providing a truly pampering and relaxing experience while maintaining the highest standards of service. What sets me apart is my genuine commitment to ensuring an exceptional client journey from start to finish. Having experienced services that often overlook the complete client experience, I am passionate about delivering excellence in every aspect – from the quality of products to the professionalism of the service. We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
As a child I always dreamed of living in a different country. So, my dream came true! I was born in Kazakhstan and moved to the USA in 2012. With having a Bachelor Degree in International Relations back home, I started working here as a Sales Person in Orlando Outlets, switching to CNA positions in Connecticut and moved to Jacksonville to start my dream career as an Esthetician and a Laser Hair Removal Technician.
