Lidia, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My marketing journey began during my internship at Vermeer Northeast. I was eager to dive in, creating integrated marketing campaigns and managing social media platforms for a seven-state territory. It was a fantastic experience that taught me the importance of connecting with audiences effectively.

After that, I became a Marketing and Sales Assistant at Groff Networks LLC. In this role, I had the chance to produce video content and podcasts, which really sparked my creativity. I also organized sponsorships with local organizations, collaborating with the Troy Business Improvement District and others. It was rewarding to see our events come to life and connect with the community.

Then came my time at GreyCastle Security as a Marketing Coordinator. This was a pivotal chapter for me. I focused on generating sponsorships and enhancing our marketing strategies, which led to a remarkable 30% annual sales growth. I also coordinated 25 events in one year, resulting in a 135% increase in trade show leads. It was exhilarating to see the direct impact of our efforts on the company’s success.

The story took an exciting turn when GreyCastle was acquired by DeepSeas. I was promoted to Marketing Integration Coordinator, where I managed communications across three newly acquired companies. It was a challenging yet fulfilling role. I oversaw a multi-million-dollar budget and focused on building brand awareness, which helped us gain over 10,000 new LinkedIn followers in just ten months.

Throughout this journey, I’ve learned to turn challenges into opportunities and to leverage creativity in everything I do.

Which leads me to the next part of my journey, my business, SocialTini LLC. This venture is a culmination of everything I’ve learned along the way. Each role I held has equipped me with the skills and insights needed to help my clients succeed in their digital marketing efforts.

At SocialTini, I focus on crafting tailored strategies that drive engagement and growth for businesses. Drawing from my experiences in social media management, event coordination, and data analysis, I set my clients up for success every day. Whether it’s developing compelling content, managing social media campaigns, or analyzing market trends, my goal is to empower brands to connect authentically with their audiences.

I’m excited to leverage my past experiences to help my clients navigate the digital landscape and achieve their marketing objectives. It feels great to take all those lessons and put them into practice, ensuring that every client can thrive in this ever-evolving environment.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been entirely smooth! Every journey has its challenges. Early on, I faced the typical hurdles of navigating a fast-paced industry and learning how to balance multiple responsibilities. For instance, during my time at GreyCastle Security, coordinating 25 events in one year was exhilarating, but it also tested my organizational skills and ability to manage stress.

After the acquisition by DeepSeas, transitioning into the Marketing Integration Coordinator role was another challenge. I had to quickly adapt to a new company culture and ensure seamless communication between three different teams. It required a lot of patience and diplomacy, especially in a fast-changing environment.

Starting SocialTini LLC brought its own set of struggles, from establishing a brand identity to building a client base. There were moments of uncertainty, but those experiences taught me resilience and the importance of networking and collaboration.

Ultimately, every challenge has been a valuable learning experience, shaping my approach to helping clients. I now see struggles as opportunities for growth, and I use those lessons to create effective, tailored strategies that set my clients up for success in their digital marketing efforts.
