Today we’d like to introduce you to Lani Milton
Hi Lani, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have been in the hospitality industry for my entire career, mostly managing corporate meetings and events. A couple of years ago, I was faced with changes in life that left me worried about the financial future for my children and myself. Being a full time single mom and already having a full time job, I needed to find something to supplement my income, but I had to be mindful of what that solution would be. I wanted something that was out of my comfort zone, challenged me as a new business owner and something that would be flexible with my family schedule but mostly something I could have fun with and use my experience. One year ago, Pour’d Perfections was born! I purchased a horse trailer converted into a mobile bar. We affectionately call the trailer “Betty,” Betty services festivals, sporting tournaments, community events by rolling up and serving freshly squeezed lemonades. This was a great opportunity to give my children and their friends a job and learn how important customer service skills are in the world. Betty also has a mature vibe to her and can be the mobile bar when there is a need for cocktails and mocktails. In addition to the horse trailer, we also offer bartending services and have a small pop-up bar to accommodate the events that are indoors or limited space.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Being a new business owner with a unique service that we offer, we have had so many successes. The community has really rallied around Pour’d Perfections. However, there have been a lot of opportunities to learn along the way. Just being a new business owner is a challenge as I navigate around time restraints, building a brand, being profitable and getting support along the way.

Pour’d Perfections provides specialty cocktails and mocktails for any event with for any age guest. Our creative creations are delicious, refreshing and come at a great price point. The experience is met with fun and hospitable staff that are eager to please and serve the public.
