Today we’d like to introduce you to Sandy Trillos
Hi Sandy, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Sandy Trillos. I’m the founder of Trillos Legal Documents & Immigration Services. This company is the result of my deep commitment to assist the Jacksonville immigrant community, especially low-income individuals, to overcome barriers and reach and/or maintain lawful status in this country.
I always knew that I belonged in the legal area. Since I was a kid, I dreamed of becoming a lawyer, so I decided to go after my dream.
I started working on my degree in paralegal studies, and along the way, I decided to start offering help with legal and immigration services that do not require legal advice or representation.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting a business is never an easy task. Earning the trust of individuals, especially when it relates to their immigration issues, can be a challenge at times. However, I have been very blessed so far getting lots of referrals and making an impact in the community faster than expected.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Trillos Legal Documents & Immigration Services?

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
I truly value the diversity of our city. Our city is in the midst of a demographic shift, and we are experiencing a tremendous growth among non-white residents. For example, Hispanics now make up to close to 10% of the total population of Jacksonville.
