Daily Inspiration: Meet Paige Stephenson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Paige Stephenson

Paige, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My earliest experiences pressing flowers was gathering wildflowers with my great-grandmother and pressing them in books when I was young. These sweet memories came back around when I pressed my first wedding bouquet a few years ago for my sister-in-law. Since then, I’ve had the honor of preserving flowers for countless clients and friends. Each one holding special meaning for them and me.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Anyone who has tried pressing flowers before will tell you there’s a lot of room for error. To get to where I am today took a lot of experimenting, research, and bumps in the road. I still learn new things from every flower arrangement I press and every client I meet.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Preserved by Paige is a pressed flower preservation service based in Jacksonville, FL. We are proud to preserve flowers and memories from weddings, memorial services, and more.

Through Preserved by Paige I primarily focus on serving clients locally in Northeast Florida. There is something special about meeting my clients in person after their event and talking to them about the vision they have for their preserved flowers. This is both what sets us apart from other nationwide services and what I am very proud of.

What are your plans for the future?
Right now I am looking forward to heading into this Fall as it will be my first wedding season as a full-time preservation artist. I’m also excited to add additional products to my selection, including new frames, gifts, and more.
