Hi Rosemary, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My story began in childhood, where my passion for seeing people succeed first took root. I’ve always found joy in uplifting others, whether through encouragement, speaking, or simply being a supportive presence. This drive to empower others led me to serve in both nonprofit and corporate settings, underpinning my mission of ‘Building Better Lives’ through speaking engagements, authorship, leadership, and training. Rooted in spiritual principles, my journey is guided by a desire to enrich the lives of those I encounter, whether in business dealings, real estate transactions, or notary services.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road? If not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like any journey, mine has had its share of challenges and transitions. Moving between different spheres—corporate, ministry, entrepreneurship—while balancing the roles of wife and mother presented its complexities. Each transition brought its own set of highs and lows, prompting moments of self-doubt and uncertainty. However, through perseverance and a steadfast focus on my calling—to serve people—I found the resilience to navigate these transitions and emerge stronger. Embracing change became a source of empowerment, allowing me to leverage my experiences to guide others through similar transitions with confidence and ease.
We’ve been impressed with Kairos International and WRW International, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Kairos International and WRW International, LLC, are the brainchildren of my husband, Wyman, and me. Through these ventures, we offer tailored solutions to individuals and businesses alike, encompassing professional speaking, coaching, mentorship, consulting, and training. While Kairos is rooted in ministry, WRW focuses on corporate endeavors. Yet, both entities share a common mission: to educate, empower, and inspire individuals and businesses to reach their full potential.
