Hi Agelvys and Enrique, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Since 17 years old, I had worked in the insurance industry, I graduated from Urbe University as a professional in business marketing. I came to the United States with my wife and my 12 years old daughter! So yes, I became a dad really young, She changed my life and made me realize that children really can make you transform yourself into the best version of yourself! By today I’m working in the area of insurance in association with some Venezuelan colleagues.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The big and difficult process of living with my mom and my country. Only with 2 luggage, a complete life-changing! We started our new life here in Jacksonville with a borrowed mattress in the living room of some friends. But we were together and had all the desire to do our best and succeed!

Thank you very much for giving me this great opportunity to be in this interview in a well-known magazine here in the United States, an honor for me to tell my career so that many people know who I am, My name is Agelvys Fernandez, I am a Venezuelan national and I currently reside in Jacksonville Florida, I am currently working in the insurance area, specifically in the health and life area, I have 12 years of experience in the insurance area, it is my passion to be able to help people solve their day-to-day problems and Above all, teach them to use the benefits of their currently contracted policies. My difference with respect to other people who work in this area is the certainty that their problems will be solved with my specialized services and, above all, personalized face-to-face attention. Today I dedicate myself to reading, listening, and analyzing the financial podcasts of Carlos Muñoz, which I highly recommend to get to know oneself in order to make the best decisions for the investments that one wishes to make in the future, and the best thing is to get out of your comfort zone and give a step forward and never back when you make a decision because fear is what does not make you move forward, and many people tell you that you will not do it or you will not be able to do it, I ask them what is your success? what is your business? you have to let things work and above all trusting in GOD and that your steps are firm towards success.
