Hi Ashley, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
How I started cleaning lol being the baby sister and told what to do. Then as I started growing up I started cleaning for people around the neighborhood and stuff. It just came naturally I didn’t care about the money I didn’t mind it put a smile on people’s faces. Helped people who couldn’t do it. I never really thought of it as a career until I came running into cleaning no matter what other job I did.. cleaning popped up whatever turn clean! clean! I’m passionate about it I love doing it. It’s therapeutic and cleanliness is next to godliness they say. I stopped running from it and took a leap of faith going into the new year and started my own cleaning company Just clean Today!! I made this far by having faith bigger than a mustard seed whole lot of God and obstacles to test the hell out of me!!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been some bumpy roads swirly roads banged up pothole roads scary dark ones lonely roads. Hard roads, faith testing roads sad roads on top of Being the black sheep, generational curse breaker the weight is heavy but I wasn’t built to break and I understand the assignment

Just clean today is a small cleaning business growing into a big business. I clean I give your house a flip I clean from top to bottom I specialize in organizing creating a flow of things and decluttering where you can breathe and need to feel frustrated of not knowing where and what to do with things. I’m also known for moving things around and giving you a different feel. I’m known for giving people a clean, smelling good environment that makes them feel good! What sets me apart from others I actually like what I do. Cleaning is one of the things like I’m supposed to be doing my purpose it’s my passion and I listen to my momma and auntie’s ol school cleaning remedies also, lol. I want readers to know this is my baby I put a lot of work and heart into Just clean Today! We offer residential, commercial, airbnb, after construction clean up, also rearranging and structuring and decluttering rooms setting up rooms also.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Find you a mentor who is genuine and not going to hold back who actually wanna see you win and you not just a number I recommend ki-era Groover (highly recommend) network go out of your comfort zone go places u haven’t imagined say hello to people you wouldn’t or a regular basis it may be scary as hell nail bitting but do it anyway get uncomfortable your network is your net worth.
