Terrica, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My real estate career started in 2016! I noticed that most relationships that I’ve built started from the bottom. Meaning, that they were not actually ready to purchase so we had to get prepared!
Being credit-ready is the main challenge the average person has when it comes to purchasing a home so in 2021 I decided to become certified in credit counseling through the National Association of Credit Counselors. I now am able to off my client’s credit counseling as well as purchase their dream home.
A one-stop-shop! I love what I do and am committed to making it happen for my clients with proven results! My slogan is “Where homeownership and opportunity meet”. I stand by that 100%.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. Nothing worth having is easy to accomplish but determination and focus are key! Staying confident in who I am and what I have to offer is what keeps me going.
Dealing with different people, different attitudes, and different characteristics keeps me on my toes! It allows me to see things from different perspectives while making sure I serve everyone according to their specific needs.
It’s tough and sometimes a bit draining, but 100% worth the satisfaction of making their dreams come true.
I was a teen mom and 16 and then again at 18! The odds were stacked against me for sure. But being surrounded with people who wanted to see me success was crucial! My local ministry and my faith played a major part in my development as a woman and business owner! My children and husband of now 11 years keep me going!!
We’ve been impressed with T. Anderson Real Estate & Credit Solutions, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m a Florida Realtor associated with Hashtag Realty Group and also the owner of T. Anderson Real Estate &Credit Solutions! What sets me apart from others is my commitment to making sure my client’s goals are getting accomplished!
I am a one-stop-shop for my real estate client who also needs credit help be it personal or business credit needs! I never charge a monthly fee for my services and offer payment plans for select credit services as well as a DYI Credit guide if clients would rather do it on their own!
Choosing me as your realtor and credit counsel could lead to incentives at closing as well! I’m honored to serve my community as well as the state of Florida.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
My very own real estate firm called Royal Class Realty Group, LLC will manifest within the next year or two! Being another staple in my community to make homeownership and good credit possible for my fellow neighbors is my dream!
