Today we’d like to introduce you to Mandy Jordan.
Hi Mandy, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
Well for me it all started in Atlanta, GA where I moved from Nashville, TN to attend esthetician school.
I wanted to be the best and attend the best school so when I found The Elaine Sterling Institute, I knew that’s where I wanted to be. After graduating with 1000 credit hours and the knowledge I obtained, I was ready to start my journey as a licensed esthetician.
Previous jobs and mentors I’ve had along the way have definitely helped mold me into the esthetician I am today.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely wasn’t a smooth road, especially in the beginning.
Up and moving my family (hubby and our two boys) to a whole different state where we knew no one, barely had any money (maxing out credit cards), and literally sleeping in motels until we found an apartment that we could afford just so I could attend the school of my choice.
It was a struggle itself I have to give a big shout-out to my man, Ernest Jordan for always having my back and allowing me to follow my dreams!

Skin Therapy by Mandy located in Jacksonville, FL is where we focus on ALL THINGS SKIN, preventive and corrective.
We specialize in customized facials, treating hyperpigmentation and acne. I feel my knowledge in this industry, my facial techniques-results definitely set me apart!
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
It’s never too late to follow your dreams no matter how old you are. There will be obstacles along the way but don’t let that stop you. “Hard work isn’t given, it’s earned!”
