Life & Work with Eileen Bild

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eileen Bild.

Hi Eileen, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My life journey has been an amazing path filled with twists and turns guiding me to ever-evolving higher awareness and infinite lessons of grit, perseverance, triumphs and success. I grew up in the traditional nuclear family, my father was a prominent eye surgeon and my mom was a pillar in our community known for her volunteer work. There were strong values and lots of love with a powerful belief in helping others. We would often assist families in resettling into our town from other countries, even had a couple live with us for a while. This instilled in me a sense of giving, having compassion for others and providing a hand up.

I always found myself in leadership positions starting in Junior High School and as I grew into adulthood, started my own family, and having a positive influence over others, a strong desire to make a difference paved the way for where I am today. Discovering my innate gifts of listening, understanding and seeing the big picture, I have been able to take my life experiences, education and studies into the business world for success.

Confidence and courage lead the way for me to try new things without fear. When it brings a flow to my vision and mission, there is an excitement creating a fulfillment of my innermost desires for life and living. My foundation is built upon collaboration with others for a win-win experience that sparks creativity, innovation and inspires moving forward for all involved.

I am who you see today as a result of evolving over the years beyond the expectations of others carving my own path on my own terms, and knowing what my purpose is. I lead through strength with grace.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Great question! I believe the struggles we have make us stronger and wiser. I have absolutely had my own. Over the years, I look back and discern each time what golden nugget can I take from each one and bring to the present. Time heals and the more I let go of the would have, could have, should have, the greater my appreciation for all my life experiences becomes.

Although I have valuable abilities to offer the world, it took a long time to honor them. The part of me that stayed suppressed, peeking out from time to time, was inhibited by limiting beliefs and a little voice that questions every move. A failed business (Health Food Store), taught me a lot about trusting my intuition, not give in to others and create strong, healthy boundaries without guilt. I developed a process that helps me to ensure positive outcomes with little drama or challenges. Through the art of creation, life becomes a series of conversations where decisions are made, action is taken and there is no struggle. Rather, there is a continuum of choices unfolding the next steps for me to follow or redirect.

As I morphed, grew into who I have become and continue to align with my inherent blueprint, all my experiences (personal and professional) are signposts that show me the way. I see the “struggles” as an indicator that I am not aligned with my purpose, my deep-rooted abilities and my full potential.

Over the course of my adult life, I have been blindsided by Fibromyalgia and a brown recluse spider bite that nearly killed me. I self-healed from Fibromyalgia and pushed through the challenges of recovery from the results of the spider bite, which left me with an auto-immune issue. I never stopped working, kept moving forward and continued to build my universal platform.

Finally, my most personal mountain I have had to climb is one that has forced me to see my own value and that of all the billions of people in the world, there is at least one person who can benefit from what I bring as a person, as an entrepreneur and as a leader. Once I overcame the false beliefs, unearthed my blueprint and tapped into my inner compass, struggles were no longer a part of my journey.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I like to see myself as an artist, one who takes an empty canvas and paints through the various things I do. I specialize in re-engineering the brain to upgrade thinking for success, and bring this to my videography work, coaching, production work, photography and writing.

My specialty is sparking others to go to the next level and bring about positive change for new perspectives, opportunities and success.

I am most proud of my OTEL Universe platform that is inclusive of all the things I have learned and has brought about an incredible community of people from around the world who are of like mind and have the same mission.

As founder of The Core Thinking Blueprint Method and having a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology, I believe the teachings in these sets me apart from others in dynamic ways. I have a way of bringing to an experience exactly what is needed, wanted or is meant to be. I work with the mind, body, spirit and feel, sense, hear what may not be seen, shown and expressed.

I am known for my peaceful nature, leadership, guidance, professionalism and providing excellence in communication for the best possible outcome. Others know me as a Breakthrough S.P.A.R.K. Coach who inspires, Executive Producer who has integrity, a writer whose work empowers, and a person who is authentic.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
Luck: the force that seems to operate for good or ill in a person’s life, as in shaping circumstances, events, or opportunities.

For me, I am of the thinking that we create the chain of events that occur in our lives and when they end up in a positive outcome, then we are in flow. So, luck is simply a manifestation of doing the right things, at the right time with the best thinking and actions.

With that said, I often chuckle when I recognize everything has lined up for success. I know, there is something bigger than myself having a hand in making the wheels turn and creating the experience. I am just a participator and sometimes a bystander enjoying the unfolding.

When “luck” has presented itself, I celebrate and keep in mind all the pieces that have played a part in the manifestation of what I desire and envisioned.

A great example has been the creation of my husband’s and mine ROKU Channels and ultimately becoming ROKU Channel Developers. We were approached in December 2019 to assist a friend in creating a channel for him and he gifted us with the opportunity to create our own channel. Two weeks before the world shut down we launched, everything  we did had come to a halt. Yet, we now had an avenue to pursue during the pause. This has led to us having multiple channels and ROKU Clients as well as, building an extraordinary platform of a universal voice: OTEL Universe, all while the world was fighting its way back to some sense of normalcy.

Was that luck? I like to see it as divine intervention and right timing. We could call it luck.
