Falguni (Falli) Shah’s journey is the heart and soul of Seventh Wonder Holistic Spa. As an Esthetician, Pranic Healer, and Reiki Master, Falli was inspired to create a sanctuary that breaks away from the chemical-heavy practices of other spas. In 2002, driven by her passion for holistic wellness, she founded Seventh Wonder Holistic Spa, a place where healing and rejuvenation is approached from the inside out.
Falli’s vision for the spa is deeply rooted in her belief in blending Eastern and Western techniques. This fusion of her past and present is evident in every aspect of the spa, from the unique services offered to the personal touches like homemade herbal tea upon arrival. Falli’s dedication to holistic care extends beyond her cultural roots and into the local community, where she regularly hosts guided meditations and spiritual classes. Her commitment to total wellness – mind, body and spirit – has turned Seventh Wonder into a true sanctuary for all who seek healing and rejuvenation.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been quite a journey! I traveled from India in 1993, learning to adapt to American culture before opening my dream business in 2002.
Arriving in Jacksonville, Florida, with my family and establishing a new life was both exciting and challenging. Learning a new language was difficult, especially understanding English with a Southern accent!
I am deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to live my dream of owning and operating a successful holistic spa in this amazing city.

We offer a wide range of services, from therapeutic massage, rejuvenating facials, ancient Ayurvedic treatments, cleanses and wellness consultation since health comes from the inside out . Our knowledgeable staff and experienced practitioners are dedicated to providing healing, relaxation, and personalized care unlike any other.
Our spa has earned a loyal following through the trust and recommendations of our clients, who continue to share their experiences with friends and family. We also offer a membership program that includes monthly services, making it a thoughtful gift of wellness and serenity for yourself or someone you love.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
My parents were my first mentors. Everything I learned from them, I continue to use at my spa more than 40 years later.
My oldest son inspired me to pursue energy healing, which eventually led me to create my own spa where I could share what I had learned. I began my cosmetology training at Shahnaz Husain in India, and in 1993, I started my journey in the United States.
Over the years, I have found that Seventh Wonder Holistic Spa has given me the opportunity to share my love and passion for many holistic healing modalities with others.
