Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Cattell.
Hi Victoria, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
People come to me after they’ve already done the work.
They’ve sat with therapists, gone to retreats, tried every approach on the shelf. And they’re still stuck, loyal to a version of themselves they thought they’d already outgrown. Before I did energy work full time, I spent decades in the medical field. Traditional medicine as a sonogragher and alternative and functional medicine as a coach and patient advocate. I was surrounded by people who were doing everything right on paper, the labs, the protocols, the supplements, and still felt stuck in the same patterns they couldn’t outrun. That’s where I started noticing something the charts couldn’t explain. The body was willing to heal. The identity underneath it wasn’t always on board.
That question followed me into quantum energetic healing, then into somatic work, EFT, NLP, and inner child healing, each one handing me a different piece of the same answer. My work today is built on two things: energy sessions and coaching. Sometimes that’s a single session. Sometimes it’s Aligned & Embodied, a three-month container where the energy work and the coaching move as one, not as separate services stitched together. Within that, I created a modality called “Remember When,” a way of helping people settle into a future version of themselves by remembering their way there instead of chasing it.
Under Pangari Healing Arts, this is the work: helping people return to who they were before the noise, one session at a time.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been smooth, and I don’t think anyone doing this kind of work would tell you it was.
One of the harder lessons has been learning to build one thing at a time. When I’m inspired, I want to build everything at once, the website, the offers, the content, the systems, all in the same week. I’ve had to learn the difference between vision and sequence. A business can hold a lot of ideas, but it can only build one at a time without buckling. Giving myself permission to close one loop before opening the next has probably been the biggest internal shift of this whole journey, and honestly, it mirrors the work I do with clients. We’re so quick to chase the next version of ourselves before we’ve settled into the one we’re already becoming.
The other struggle is one a lot of people in this field know well: being taken seriously. Energy work still sits in a strange spot for a lot of people, somewhere between curiosity and skepticism. I’ve had to get comfortable holding both the science and the intuitive side of what I do without shrinking either one to make the other more palatable.
We’ve been impressed with Pangari Healing Arts, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At its core, Pangari Healing Arts is a practice built around two things: 1:1 energy sessions and coaching. I work with quantum energetic healing, which sounds abstract until you experience it. In practice, it means working with the body’s energetic field to release what’s been stored there long after the original moment has passed, and pairing that with identity-level coaching so the shift actually holds once the session ends.
What I specialize in, and what I think sets me apart, is who I work with. My clients aren’t people who are just starting out on a healing path. They’ve usually already done real work. Therapy, retreats, books, courses. They come to me stuck anyway, and that’s a different kind of client to serve. It requires going deeper than “have you tried journaling,” because they have. My work meets people at the identity level, the part that keeps recreating familiar patterns even after the surface-level tools have done their job.
My signature offer is Aligned & Embodied, a three-month container where energy work and coaching aren’t separate services, they move together, session by session. I also offer single energy sessions on a sliding scale, because I never want price to be the reason someone doesn’t get support they need. And within my work, I created a modality called “Remember When,” which uses memory itself, specifically the way we recall the past, to help people settle into a future version of themselves rather than chase it.
What I’m most proud of, brand wise, is that everything I’ve built stays true to one idea: healing doesn’t require being told you’re broken. I’ve been intentional about language across every touchpoint, no framing that implies people arrived at my door damaged. Just people who are ready to remember who they already are.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happy is supporting people. It’s always been in me, this pull toward helping people feel seen and heard in what they’re building, creating, striving toward. I love watching someone create something that’s genuinely in their heart space, whether that’s a business or a piece of art or just a version of themselves they’re finally letting the world see. Being part of that journey, helping someone become their most authentic self, has been a driving force my entire life.
Art is a big part of that for me too. There’s a flow state that happens when I’m creating, and something beautiful about a piece I made ending up speaking to someone else, carrying something forward that started as just mine.
Traveling is the other one. I don’t really do vacations, I do immersion. I’d rather land somewhere and stay long enough to actually feel the energy of a place, the culture, the land, the way life moves there, than rush through a checklist of sights. Being around people from different spaces and cultures, learning how differently life can be lived, that fills me up every time.
