Hi Jessica, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Stella Dreamz & Visionz began with a passion for helping others succeed. I started by tutoring grade school students in math and language arts, helping them build confidence and improve academically. As I worked with families and members of my community, I realized that many adults also needed guidance—not just in education, but in reaching their personal and professional goals.
That inspired me to expand my services to include goal-setting and personal development coaching. I began helping adults identify their goals, create practical action plans, and stay accountable as they worked toward achieving them. Over time, Stella Dreamz & Visionz grew into a business focused on empowering people of all ages through education, mentorship, and motivation.
Today, my mission remains the same: to help individuals turn their dreams into reality by providing the tools, support, and encouragement they need to succeed.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The journey has been interesting, but it has not always been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been helping people recognize the value of tutoring before students begin to fall behind academically. Many families don’t seek support until it’s absolutely necessary, which can make it more difficult to help students reach their full potential.
Working with adults has also presented its own challenges. Not everyone sees the importance of setting clear goals or creating a plan to achieve them. In addition, balancing schedules and finding times that work for busy adults has often required flexibility and patience.
Despite these challenges, each experience has reinforced my passion for helping others grow. Seeing students gain confidence in school and watching adults accomplish goals they once thought were out of reach has made every obstacle worthwhile.

Stella Dreamz & Visionz is a business dedicated to empowering individuals through education, personal development, and life coaching. We provide tutoring services for grade school students in math and language arts, helping them build strong academic foundations, increase their confidence, and develop skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
In addition to working with students, we also specialize in helping adults identify their goals, develop practical action plans, and stay accountable as they work toward personal and professional success. Our approach is centered on meeting people where they are and providing the guidance, encouragement, and tools they need to move forward with confidence.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
A few of the resources that have helped me do my best in both my personal and professional life are books, podcasts, and faith-based teachings that focus on growth, leadership, and purpose. I enjoy reading books on personal development, goal setting, and entrepreneurship because they provide practical strategies that I can apply to my own life and share with my clients. I am currently reading Atomic Habits by James Clear.
I also take advantage of technology by using digital calendars, note-taking apps, and planning tools to stay organized and manage my tutoring sessions, coaching appointments, and business responsibilities. Podcasts and motivational speakers also help me stay inspired, continue learning, and keep a positive mindset. Zoom is the main app I use for tutoring sessions & visionary meetings.
