Hi Daniel, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Daniel Torezz: A Journey of Faith, Resilience, and Purpose
Some of the greatest stories don’t begin in the spotlight they begin in small towns where character is built long before success is ever seen.
My story began in a small town in Alabama, where I was raised by two incredible parents who taught me the value of hard work, faith, humility, and serving others. Food was more than a meal in our home it was how we loved people. Watching my parents create unforgettable experiences around the table planted a seed in me that would eventually grow into a lifelong passion.
At just 19 years old, I packed up everything I knew and moved to Jacksonville, Florida to begin my career as a sleep study technician with INS. At the time, I believed that would be my path. Little did I know, God had written an entirely different story for my life.
The road has been anything but easy.
There were moments when I questioned everything. There were seasons when giving up seemed easier than continuing. Yet every obstacle became another opportunity to grow stronger.
Over the years, Jacksonville has watched me build, dream, succeed, fail, rebuild, and dream again. I’ve owned and operated multiple businesses throughout this city from event venues and catering companies to food trucks and hospitality ventures. Every business represented more than entrepreneurship; it represented perseverance.
Life tested me in ways I never imagined.
I endured the unimaginable heartbreak of losing my entire immediate family my parents, my sibling, and my grandparents. Then, just months before what should have been one of the happiest days of my life, I lost my fiancé. There were many nights I asked God why so much pain had found its way into my journey.
But instead of allowing tragedy to define me, I allowed it to develop me.
Every setback became another reason to push forward.
Every loss became another reminder that I still had purpose.
Every challenge strengthened my faith.
I made a decision that no matter what life placed in front of me, I would continue choosing greatness. I would continue serving people. I would continue creating joy through food, hospitality, and unforgettable experiences.
Today, Jacksonville is far more than the city I moved to at nineteen years old.
It is my second home.
It is where I truly became an adult.
It is where I purchased my first home.
It is where I built lifelong friendships that became family.
It is where I learned resilience.
It is where I discovered who I was meant to become.
I will forever be grateful to this city for embracing me through every chapter of my journey.

Each business reflects my commitment to excellence, creativity, hospitality, and service. Whether I’m designing elegant events, preparing unforgettable meals, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, speaking to audiences, or representing brands, I strive to leave every person better than I found them.

But behind every accomplishment is a young country boy from Alabama who simply refused to quit.
My story isn’t one of perfection.
It’s one of perseverance.

It’s proof that faith can carry you through the darkest seasons.
If my journey teaches anything, I hope it’s this:

We’ve been impressed with TOUCH hospitality LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What I want people to know about me and my brand is that we’re about creating unforgettable experiences—not just providing a service. Whether it’s designing a beautiful wedding, planning an elegant event, preparing an incredible meal, or bringing entertainment and fashion together, my goal is always the same: to create moments that people will remember for a lifetime.
I believe every celebration deserves to feel unique. From intimate gatherings to grand weddings, my team and I focus on every detail to ensure each event reflects the client’s vision while exceeding their expectations. Food is at the heart of so many memories, so our catering is crafted with passion, flavor, and presentation that leaves a lasting impression.
Beyond hospitality, I’m also passionate about fashion, entertainment, and inspiring others to dream bigger. I’ve never believed in limiting myself to one lane. As a chef, celebrity event planner, baker, published author, singer, host, model, and entrepreneur, I’ve embraced every opportunity to use my creativity to serve others. Many people call me a “jack of all trades,” but I simply see myself as someone who refuses to put limits on what God has gifted me to do.

I love that city is very diverse and filled with all types of different walks of life and people what I would say that I liked the least is the fact that we have not won a Super Bowl let’s go jags
