Daily Inspiration: Meet Amneliz Morales

Today we’d like to introduce you to Amneliz Morales.

Hi Amneliz, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
For nine years, I worked as a social worker, a career that deeply shaped how I care for and connect with people. During that time, I was also navigating my own health journey after being diagnosed with Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). That diagnosis led me to explore more holistic approaches to supporting my body and overall wellness.

Through that journey, I discovered lymphatic drainage and experienced firsthand the difference it can make—not only physically, but in how you feel and reconnect with your body.

During the COVID pandemic, I experienced a shift in my career path and felt strongly called in a new direction. I decided to pursue training in lymphatic drainage, and once I began, I completely immersed myself in learning as much as I could. The more I studied and practiced, the more passionate I became about helping others feel supported in their wellness journey through this work.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Transitioning from a career in social work after nine years into a completely different field felt both exciting and overwhelming. Social work was such a big part of my identity, so stepping into entrepreneurship and wellness meant learning to trust myself in a new way.

There have been many moments of uncertainty—starting over, investing in education, building a business from the ground up, and figuring out how to navigate an entirely new industry.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
My work consists of providing lymphatic drainage treatments and wellness-focused services designed to support the body’s natural healing process. I work closely with women who are looking to reduce inflammation, support circulation, feel less bloated and detoxify naturally.

A big part of what I do is also education—helping women understand the importance of lymphatic health and how it connects to overall wellness. My goal is to create a calming, supportive experience where each client feels cared for while also leaving with a better understanding of how to support their body beyond the treatment room.
