Hi Bryce, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Seeing the struggles that everyday people go through became a major driving force in my life because all I’ve ever wanted to do is help people.
Growing up, I watched homes, including my own at times, slowly fall apart over the years, and I saw firsthand how much stress and uncertainty that can place on a family. That’s really where my passion started. I realized protecting someone’s home means protecting the people and memories inside of it.
I actually found the contracting industry by accident after receiving a call from Adam Liebler, who I had connected with through a college internship. I spent a summer working with Liebler & Liebler Contracting in Colorado, and during that time we realized we shared the same values when it came to quality, integrity, and treating customers the right way.
After that summer, we decided I would open and operate a Florida branch with ownership in the company, since Florida was already home for me.
Once we got started in Florida, we immediately noticed a major issue in the industry, homeowners had lost trust in contractors. A large portion of our early work came from fixing mistakes left behind by previous roofing companies and helping homeowners navigate confusing insurance claim processes after storms.
Seeing the relief on homeowners’ faces after finally finding a contractor they could trust showed us the impact we were making, and it motivated us to build something bigger than just another roofing company.
From day one, we focused on quality over quantity, and over time our reputation continued to grow through honest work and craftsmanship we could stand behind.
We’re building a company centered around changing the preconceived beliefs many homeowners have about contractors and becoming an example of how contracting services should truly be conducted; with honesty, communication, professionalism, and pride in the work.
Our founder put his name in the company name because we believe every roof we install should be something we’re proud to attach our name to.
At the end of the day, it’s not just about roofing for us. It’s about protecting families, serving our community, and building something lasting that people can trust.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but those challenges are what shaped us into the company we are today.
One of the biggest obstacles was overcoming the lack of trust many homeowners already had toward contractors because of bad past experiences. A lot of our early work actually came from fixing mistakes left behind by previous roofing companies and helping homeowners navigate confusing insurance claim processes.
We also noticed a common issue in the industry where contractors would quote low prices upfront, then add fees later for work that should have already been included in the original proposal. We made a commitment early on that transparency and honesty would always be part of how we operate.
Building a company from the ground up came with long hours, pressure, and uncertainty, but we refused to compromise on craftsmanship or integrity.
In the end, those struggles reinforced our mission: to raise the standard for contractors and build a company homeowners can genuinely trust.

Liebler Roofing & Exteriors is a roofing and exterior renovation company serving homeowners and businesses across Florida and Colorado. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, storm damage restoration, insurance claim assistance, gutters, exterior services, and long-term property protection solutions.
What really sets us apart is our commitment to transparency, craftsmanship, and relationships. We built our company around the idea that homeowners deserve contractors they can genuinely trust. In an industry where people often expect poor communication, hidden costs, or rushed work, we’ve made it our mission to do the opposite.
One thing we’re especially known for is helping homeowners through difficult insurance claim situations after storms. We handle the process from inspection to completion and try to make what can be a stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Something many people may not know about me is that I’ve faced some major health challenges throughout my life, including a traumatic brain injury and heart surgery in 2015.
Going through experiences like that at a young age changes your perspective on life in a big way. It taught me to appreciate time more, value the people around me, and never take everyday moments for granted.
I think those experiences also gave me a stronger sense of empathy and gratitude. They forced me to slow down, reflect, and really understand what matters most in life.
Looking back now, I honestly believe those challenges helped shape me into the person I am today and gave me a much deeper appreciation for resilience, family, and the opportunity to keep moving forward
