My name is Andrea Moccio, and I’m a wellness entrepreneur, esthetician, creator, and social media consultant passionate about helping women rebuild their confidence, reconnect with themselves, and heal from the inside out.
My journey into wellness and aesthetics wasn’t just a career change—it was personal. After years of navigating trauma, mental health struggles, survival mode, and major life challenges, I reached a point where I knew I needed to completely rebuild my life. At 50 years old, I chose healing, reinvention, and purpose.
I’ve personally battled lipoedema, lymphoedema, vein disease, body image struggles, and undergone major weight loss and skin removal surgeries. Through wellness, mindset shifts, skincare, supplementation, and learning how deeply the nervous system, lymphatic health, and inflammation affect the body, I transformed not only my appearance, but my entire life.
Today, I channel that experience into my brand, Glow Up & Goal Dig, where I blend beauty, wellness, mental health awareness, and lifestyle transformation. As a mother of three boys and a survivor, I believe true beauty is not about perfection—it’s about restoration, self-worth, and learning to love yourself through every season of life.
In the treatment room, I focus on results-driven skincare with an emphasis on lymphatic health, circulation, sculpting, and nervous system support to help women feel confident, lifted, and restored. I currently offer mobile facial services, work at Bartram Spa, and will soon also be serving clients in the Jax Beach area. And mobile

My mission is simple: to show women that no matter how lost, overwhelmed, or broken they may feel, it’s never too late to heal, reinvent yourself, and come home to who you truly are.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. My journey has been filled with personal struggles, reinvention, and learning how to rebuild myself from the ground up.
For years, I lived in survival mode while raising my three boys, navigating trauma, mental health struggles, burnout, and deep periods of self-disconnection. There were moments where I truly lost myself trying to survive life, relationships, stress, and the pressure of constantly putting everyone else first. I’ve also faced physical challenges including lipoedema, lymphoedema, vein disease, major weight fluctuations, and multiple surgeries, all of which affected not only my health but also my confidence and identity.
Starting over professionally at 50 years old came with its own fears and challenges too. Walking into the wellness and aesthetics industry later in life meant overcoming self-doubt, financial stress, fear of judgment, and learning an entirely new career path while still trying to grow a business and support myself. Building a brand online can also be emotionally exhausting because social media often shows only the polished highlights, while behind the scenes many entrepreneurs are struggling quietly.
But those struggles are exactly what shaped my purpose. They taught me resilience, empathy, authenticity, and how deeply connected mental health, physical health, and self-worth truly are. Today, I use those experiences to help women feel less alone and to create spaces—both online and in the treatment room—where healing, confidence, and self-care feel attainable and real.
Looking back, every difficult season pushed me closer to the woman and business I was meant to become.

My brand, ReGlow by Dre and Glow Up & Goal Dig, was built from lived experience, healing, and reinvention. I specialize in blending wellness, esthetics, mental health awareness, and authentic storytelling to help women reconnect with themselves from the inside out.
What sets me apart is that my work goes far beyond traditional skincare. I focus heavily on lymphatic health, circulation, inflammation, nervous system support, sculpting, and restorative self-care because I personally understand what it feels like to struggle with body image, burnout, stress, lipoedema, lymphoedema, surgeries, and rebuilding confidence after difficult life seasons.
I offer customized facial treatments, lymphatic-focused services, body treatments, wellness education, and mobile facial experiences designed to help women feel relaxed, restored, and empowered—not just beautiful. I currently work within spa environments including Bartram Spa and expanding into the Jax Beach area, while also offering mobile services for clients seeking a more personalized experience.
In addition to esthetics, I’m also a creator and social media consultant who helps women and small businesses build authentic brands online. Since 2020, I’ve generated income through content creation, wellness partnerships, and social media strategy while teaching others how to monetize their voice through authenticity and storytelling.
What I’m most proud of brand-wise is the honesty behind it. I don’t believe in perfection or surface-level beauty messaging. I believe women deserve to feel seen, understood, and supported through every phase of life—whether they’re healing physically, emotionally, mentally, or all three at once. I want readers to know that my brand is rooted in real transformation. Everything I share comes from lived experience, resilience, and the belief that it’s never too late to reinvent yourself, prioritize your wellness, and glow your own way, I’m doing it at 50!

What matters most to me is helping women remember who they are underneath the survival mode, under being moms, under being wives, and business women.
My brand was never just about skincare, beauty, or social media.
It’s about transformation.
Mind. Body. Nervous system. Confidence. Identity. Healing.
I know what it feels like to lose yourself while raising kids, surviving trauma, people-pleasing, burnout, body struggles, heartbreak, and years of putting everyone else first. I also know what it feels like to rebuild yourself from the ground up.
That’s why my work matters so deeply to me. I’m an empath and neurodivergent and care so much for others. Whether I’m giving a facial, creating content, helping a woman feel beautiful again, teaching branding, or simply holding space for someone to breathe and reset… I want people to feel seen, safe, empowered, and reminded that they are worthy of care too.
At 50, I stepped into aesthetics and wellness not just as a career, but as part of my own healing journey. Through my journey, I learned that true transformation starts from within.
