Nirav, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Becoming a family man, one thing I wanted to make sure I was there for, were my kids. So my business, CRASH Technicians, started shortly after my son was born. It allowed me the freedom to be there for them, while still being able to work and support my family. What started as something to help friends and family, became a name that was known for quick and affordable help. In trying to get started and when I realized I needed to advertise to get my name out there, I reached out to a local radio station to provide a commercial to advertise. Without realizing it, they actually became one of my longest clients that has been with me since the beginning; after they had a lightning strike. As the years passed, I constantly kept learning new skills to keep up to date with new technology, and to accommodate clients that had needs not initially in my realm. As of April 2026, I have had my business running for 22 years.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Most new businesses are never a smooth road. A lot of the struggles had to do with finding business to make this a sustainable income for my family. Finding reliable help was also another struggle I had to deal with. But I have managed to keep the business going for so long on my own. I found that doing as much as I can on my own, ensures I can keep my clients happy and coming back for more. I have clients today that still reach out to me every few years if they have issues; some who have been with me since the beginning.

CRASH Technicians is a North Central Florida–based IT support company with over 20 years of experience providing reliable, responsive, and personalized technology solutions. Founded from real-life, hands-on problem-solving roots, the business focuses on helping individuals and businesses stay up and running without the frustration of long wait times, confusing tech talk, or unreliable service.
We specialize in:
– Mobile On-demand IT support (residential and business)

– We offer Break/fix solutions and are a Managed Service Provider providing around the clock support
– Digitization services. During Covid, we started offering up the digitization of old home movies, music, and pictures.

– No Corporate BS. We don’t push contracts or prioritize profits. With us, it’s a month-to-month basis. If a client is unhappy, we don’t lock them in from finding another.
– We don’t kidnap passwords. We’ve dealt with several providers that would not release the password lists for all company wide sites. We make sure all clients have all passwords at all times.
– We don’t nickel and dime. We have clients email us asking if an email is legit. Taken phone calls asking for advice. We don’t charge for all of the added assistance. We want to keep the trust and make sure our clients are safe.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Honestly, I’m not much of a risk taker. The only risks I’ve taken would be how I drive on the highway. However, in regards to business, starting the business was a huge risk. Needing to make sure it would be enough to help raise my family while giving me that quality time. Lucky for me, that risk did pay off.
