Hi William, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have always had a fascination with cars growing up. Working on my own projects and race cars throughout the years. We made the jump to opening our own business in 2020 renting a space at a local mechanic shop. As our customer base grew we saw the need for a larger space. We bought our current location, 3847 Reid St., about 2 years ago and have continued to provide service to Putnam and surrounding counties. We are currently looking into expanding to marine and motorcycle repair.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not! While the repair side comes natural figuring out the business side of it has come with struggles. Also, balancing personal and work time.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
While our name indicates our specialization, Diesel repair, we actually offer maintenance of all vehicles. Anywhere from basic maintenance, AC repair to full engine replacement we offer it all. We do some local machinery repair but that is on a case by case basis. We pride ourselves on only selling you what you need and being very transparent with all repairs.
