I started Steph Pro Cleaners as an immigrant with a strong desire to build something of my own. After arriving in the U.S., I began working as a cleaner for another company, where I quickly grew within the organization and gained hands-on experience in every aspect of the job.
That experience gave me a deep understanding of what true quality looks like and also what was missing in the industry. I saw an opportunity to create something better: a service built on care, intention, and higher standards.
That vision became Steph Pro Cleaners, a company focused on delivering not just clean spaces, but environments that feel elevated, healthy, and thoughtfully maintained.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of the biggest challenges in the beginning was building a client base without relying on a franchise or large advertising budgets. I knew I wanted to grow something that was truly mine.
While working part-time at events, I began connecting with people, and those personal relationships became the foundation of my business. Most of my first clients came through word of mouth, which taught me early on that trust and consistency are everything.
That organic growth shaped the way I operate today, focused on long-term relationships, not just transactions.

I’m the owner of Steph Pro Cleaners, a professional cleaning company based in Jacksonville, Florida. We specialize in residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning, with a strong focus on detailed, high-quality work.
What sets us apart is our personalized approach. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all services. Every space is different, and we take the time to understand each client’s needs and expectations.
Having started hands-on in the field, I lead my team with a strong standard of excellence. Every service is done with intention, precision, and professionalism.

Something that often surprises people is that I didn’t come from a traditional business background. I built this company from the ground up, starting by doing the work myself, learning every detail, and growing step by step.

Another thing many don’t realize is that I didn’t rely on heavy advertising in the beginning. I built my business through relationships, trust, and genuine connections within the community.
