Hi Kierra , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Game Show Battle Rooms is one of the nation’s only game show experiences available for everyone: friends, family, and coworkers! We provide an immersive game show arena, engaging hosts, and a mix of different game shows to create an unforgettable experience. Perfect for birthday parties, friend or family outings, corporate team-building events, bachelor(ette) parties, cub scouts, clubs, sports teams or just for fun! The experience is best when you have at least 8 people, and we can host groups up to 64!
Game Show Battle Rooms was founded in 2017 and rapidly expanded to multiple markets across the U.S., drawing fans with the opportunity to participate in games similar to popular television competitions — survey-based battles, a giant wheel spin, a disc drop, a vacation package guessing game showdown and more.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been an evolving concept for us! We have tried different options and really listened to our players to curate the best game show experience possible.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am the General Manager and it has been an amazing time for me. My day to day is to interact with our guests and make sure that they have the best game show experience that we can. I also Host/Produce shows in our studio and I have a blast interacting in the shows and playing with our contestants.
We are just 6 months in and everyday the staff and I have more fun than the last. We love seeing families/groups interact with each other and seeing the joy really makes it worth it for us.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
You really need to put yourself out there and meet people. You never know who you are going to run into or what connection that you may developed.
We love going to local businesses in town and inviting their team to come and play with us!
