My journey has been shaped by faith, resilience, and a deep desire to help people discover purpose and build meaningful lives. From an early age, I felt called to serve others through teaching, encouragement, and leadership. Over time, that calling expanded into multiple areas, including ministry, education, coaching, and business consulting.
My professional background includes work in healthcare administration and caregiving, which gave me a close view of the real struggles families face. During several difficult seasons, I became the primary caregiver for members of my own family, including my mother, my brother, and later my only child. Walking through those experiences changed me. They strengthened my compassion for people and deepened my commitment to helping others navigate life’s challenges with faith, wisdom, and practical strategy.
Throughout those years, I continued developing academically and spiritually. I earned advanced theological training and became involved in ministry leadership, teaching, counseling, and mentoring. I eventually founded Kingdom of God Fellowship Church and later Global Bible College and Seminary, where I teach and help equip leaders and believers in biblical education.
Over time, I also saw that many people needed guidance not only spiritually but also professionally and financially. That realization led me to launch Elevate Pathways Coaching and Consulting, where I help individuals and entrepreneurs gain clarity, build sustainable businesses, and develop strategies for long-term success. My work now integrates life coaching, leadership development, business consulting, and financial education.
Today, my mission is to empower people to elevate their lives spiritually, personally, and economically. Through coaching programs, teaching, writing, and digital media, I aim to help others gain confidence, build vision, and walk boldly in their purpose.
The road has not always been easy, but every challenge has shaped my perspective and strengthened my commitment to serve. My story is ultimately about transformation—turning life’s hardest seasons into a platform to encourage, equip, and uplift others.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. Like many entrepreneurs and leaders, my journey has included seasons of deep personal and professional challenges. Some of the greatest obstacles came during periods when I was also serving as a caregiver for members of my family. I cared for my mother until her passing in 2017, my brother, who was my only sibling until his passing in 2018, and later my only child, who passed away in 2022. Those seasons required emotional strength, faith, and perseverance while still trying to move forward in life and work.
During those years, many of my professional goals had to be put on hold. I learned that sometimes life requires you to slow down and focus on what truly matters. Caregiving taught me patience, compassion, and resilience. It also strengthened my faith and deepened my understanding of the struggles many people face behind closed doors.
Another challenge has been building organizations and initiatives largely from the ground up without financial backing or physical help. Starting a coaching and consulting practice, developing educational programs, and launching ministry initiatives all require time, resources, assistance, and persistence. There are always moments of uncertainty when building something new.
However, those challenges also shaped my determination. They helped me grow as a leader and taught me how to turn obstacles into opportunities to serve others. Today, I bring those life experiences into my coaching, consulting, and teaching. Many of the people I work with are navigating their own difficult seasons, and my journey allows me to meet them with understanding, encouragement, and practical guidance.
Looking back, the road has had many unexpected turns, but each challenge has helped refine my purpose and strengthen my commitment to helping others move forward in their own lives and businesses.

What I appreciate most about Jacksonville is its sense of opportunity and diversity. It is a city with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, where people from diverse backgrounds come together to build businesses, launch organizations, and serve their communities. Jacksonville has the unique advantage of being large enough to provide significant opportunity while still maintaining a sense of community and accessibility. I especially value the growing network of small business owners, nonprofits, and professionals who are working hard to make a positive impact in the region.
Another thing I enjoy about Jacksonville is its natural beauty. The access to the coastline, rivers, and outdoor spaces provides a balance between professional life and personal reflection. It is a place where people can work hard while also enjoying moments of peace and inspiration.
Like many growing cities, Jacksonville also faces challenges. One of the concerns I see is the gap between opportunity and access. There are many talented individuals and aspiring entrepreneurs in the community who simply need more support, mentorship, and resources to move forward. When those connections are strengthened, it can unlock tremendous potential within the city.
Overall, I see Jacksonville as a city that continues to evolve. It has tremendous potential for growth, collaboration, and innovation.
