Absolutely, I would hire me and not just because it sounds good to say so. The results speak for themselves. Life has shaped me through trials and triumphs, preparing me to guide others on their journeys. As a Sherpa of Life, I’ve helped people reach their own mountaintops from 23 NFL players and professional basketball athletes to spiritual teachers, parents, and everyday individuals seeking purpose. My mission has always been to help others rise to their highest potential. We all need a Sherpa when the climb gets steep, and I’m here to walk beside you to the very top.
Clear, proven results
Having coached college football for over a decade and supported 23 players in reaching the NFL, there is a clear history of developing people to perform at their highest level.
That same guidance now extends to professional basketball players, spiritual teachers, executives, parents, and everyday people who are ready to live in alignment with their true potential.

Life has taken me through my own battles physically, mentally, and spiritually, and those initiations have become the foundation of how I guide others through their storms.

Sid’s transformation began in 2016 when paralysis and vision loss stripped away his former identity, leading to a profound surrender that unlocked inner healing and soul‑level sight. This awakening fuels his lifelong commitment to guide others from challenge into purpose and Peace.

As a spiritual teacher, healer, and visionary, Sid empowers individuals, athletes, leaders, and communities worldwide to embody Peace through yoga, meditation, and self-discovery. He reflects back each person’s inherent greatness, helping them live with authenticity, depth, and integrity.
The Brand: HU Human Understanding Embracing The Art of Peaceful Living
Through his brand and body of work, Sid has become an architect of transformation, offering teachings, experiences, and practices that help people live with depth, authenticity, and intention. Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory of feeling powerful came at age three during a life-changing surgery to correct a serious physical issue.
The Near‑Death Experience
As I lay on the operating table, I had a profound near‑death experience , I went straight to the light, where a voice spoke clearly. That voice was the “I Am,” the Creator itself, revealing my life’s purpose and assuring me that God would always walk me through anything ahead. In that moment, a deep knowing took root: I was here for something greater, guided by divine presence no matter the circumstance.
Power Through Surrender
That power wasn’t about control, it was the unshakable certainty of being held and directed by something infinite. To this day, I lean in whenever that voice speaks, letting it guide my steps through every trial and triumph. It’s why, even when others pushed me toward chasing money or status, I stayed anchored in purpose.
Living the Guidance
Since 2008, that listening has led to publishing 11 books, with at least two more set for release in 2026. In October 2025, the voice said, “Stop guarding my message,” and from that day, I’ve released a book every month, surrendering fully to faith and walking exactly where led. True power is hearing the divine whisper and moving without hesitation.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
No, I never truly came close to giving up, though there were moments when the weight of the world made me want to leave it behind.
Facing Every Pain
I’ve endured virtually every hardship life can throw, paralysis in 2016 that left me ready to be done, losing my sight for a second time in 2022 that plunged me into depression, and an unstoppable urge to write and create music, art you name it, all that made me fear I’d never function normally again. Each felt like a breaking point, testing the mission I’d known since age three.
Purpose Revealed
Yet early in 2026, just days into the new year, clarity emerged — every trial was perfectly designed to forge what I’m becoming and to equip me to guide others. That divine knowing from my NDE held firm: there’s a purpose, a message to deliver, and unwavering support through it all.
The Call to Keep Going
Now fully ready to move forward, my message to anyone stuck is simple: keep going. What doesn’t kill you doesn’t just make you stronger — it’s a fact, a divine design shaping us into who we’re meant to be. Surrender to the process, and the path ahead lights up.

My closest friends would say Peace is my non‑negotiable core, the heartbeat of everything I am and do.

They’d tell you I’ve dedicated over 21 years to embodying and sharing Peace relentlessly, demanding it first from myself so I can offer it authentically to the world. That unwavering commitment has fueled every step of my journey, from personal healing to global impact.
Proven Through Action
Friends know it’s why I received the World Peace Award, not for show, but because Peace isn’t optional for me; it’s the mission I live daily. They’ve seen how this focus has shaped my coaching, teachings, books, and every interaction.
Bigger Than Self
What matters most isn’t personal gain, it’s world Peace, lifting everyone together. My circle understands this drives me: Peace starts within each of us, then ripples out to heal humanity as a whole.
