I started my notary journey two years ago in South Florida, serving clients throughout Dade and Broward County while working full-time in management. What began as a way to create extra income quickly grew into something more meaningful as I saw how much people relied on having a dependable, mobile professional during important moments in their lives.
After relocating to Jacksonville, I expanded my services and officially grew the business into Rosa’s Rapid Response Notary LLC. In addition to mobile notarizations, I now offer wedding officiating, field inspections, courier services, remote online notarization, loan signings, and Immigration Forms Preparation Specialist services. My goal has always been to make essential services more accessible, especially for individuals navigating legal, financial, or life-changing events.
The journey hasn’t been without challenges, but each phase taught me the value of consistency, adaptability, and building trust within the communities I serve. Today, I’m proud to operate a service-based business that continues to grow across Northeast Florida, grounded in responsiveness, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping people when they need it most.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been smooth. Building a service-based business while working full-time, relocating, buying a house, and starting over in a new city meant long days and a lot of trial and error. Staying consistent while juggling all of that was probably the hardest part.
Learning marketing, pricing, and systems on top of actually serving clients was overwhelming at times, and there were moments I really questioned if I could do it. But those challenges pushed me to figure things out, get better, and keep going. They taught me resilience, patience, and that showing up—even when it’s hard—is what really matters.

Finding a mentor and networking have been essential to growing my business. I’m active with Cuarto Latino Networking and the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, which have been invaluable for connecting with other business owners. I’m also fortunate to have a mentor, Sierra Walker, who provides guidance and insight as I navigate challenges and opportunities.
