My name is Nelli Chernyshova, and I am a wedding and family photographer based in Jacksonville. Three years ago, I relocated to the United States and faced the challenge of establishing my photography business in a completely new country. Building a professional reputation, understanding a different market, and growing a client base from scratch required determination, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.
Through this journey, I have refined my artistic vision and developed a distinctive style that captures authentic, heartfelt moments in a way that resonates deeply with my clients. My work has been recognized for its emotional depth, creativity, and professional excellence, setting me apart in the local photography community.

Relocating to a new country and starting a business from scratch was one of the most significant challenges of my career. I had to quickly adapt to a new culture, navigate an unfamiliar market, and build credibility with clients who had never worked with me before. Overcoming these obstacles strengthened my resilience, sharpened both my creative and business skills, and allowed me to develop a unique approach that distinguishes my work in the competitive photography industry.

I am a wedding and family photographer who captures authentic, heartfelt moments with a creative and personal approach. My work tells stories through images, highlighting genuine emotions and the unique personality of each client. Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
From a young age, I was fascinated by photography. I would run around with my grandfather’s film camera, pretending to take pictures even when there was no film in it. By my teenage years, I was already photographing events in my local church, capturing moments for the youth and the community. These early experiences sparked my passion for storytelling through images, a passion that has guided my career ever since.
