Hi Stephanie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
In 2019, my life shifted dramatically when I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. That moment pulled me into a deep search for healing that went beyond medication and into understanding the stress, tension, and emotional weight my body was carrying. I was looking for a way to truly soothe my nervous system and reclaim my peace.
That’s when Reiki found me.
Working with a Reiki Master changed everything. It was the first time my body felt like it had permission to soften, to breathe, and to heal from the inside out. I remember thinking, If this can bring me home to myself again… imagine what it could do for the people I love.
In 2021, I followed that calling and earned my first certification—not with the intention of starting a business, but simply to support my own wellness and help my family. But healing has a way of opening new doors. The more I learned—about energy, intuition, distance healing, crystals, pendulums—the more I felt guided to go deeper. I completed every level of training and received my Reiki Master certification in 2022.
What began as a personal healing journey slowly blossomed into a purpose. A friend asked me to work with her, and witnessing her transformation lit something inside me. The realization was simple but powerful: if I could help others find the level of relief, clarity, and reconnection I found, then that was the work my soul was here to do.
Silver Light Healing was born in early 2023, first as a vision and then as a practice supported by the right people, the right signs, and a steady whisper of intuition saying, keep going. What started as quiet sessions in borrowed spaces has now grown into a sanctuary of my own—my healing studio, where people come to decompress, realign, and let their nervous systems exhale.
Reiki didn’t just change my health; it changed my entire path. It anchored me in purpose, deepened my faith in the body’s innate wisdom, and invited me to help others remember their own ability to heal. For that, I am endlessly grateful.

The path itself unfolded very naturally, almost like I was being guided one step at a time. The biggest challenge wasn’t the work—it was learning to balance motherhood with the calling that was growing inside me. I went from being a stay-at-home mom to building a business, and that transition required new rhythms, trust, and a lot of grace.
In the beginning, scheduling and creating structure around sessions felt like a puzzle, especially with little ones and a household to run. But over time, everything settled into alignment. The more I trusted the process, the more life seemed to organize itself around this work. Today, that balance feels much smoother, and I’m grateful for how naturally things have come together.

Silver Light Healing is a sanctuary for the nervous system — a place where people come to soften, recalibrate, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. I offer intuitive Reiki sessions, both in-person and distance, as well as energy clearing work and crystal-supported healing. My focus is always on creating a nurturing, energetically safe space where the body can remember how to heal itself.
What I’m most known for is helping clients truly feel seen, held, and understood. My work blends Reiki with intuitive guidance, energetic balancing, and a deep respect for the body’s natural wisdom. Every session is personal and intentional — no two look the same, because no two people are the same. I listen to the client, the energy, and the subtle language the body speaks.
What sets me apart is the combination of lived experience and intuitive calling. I did not choose Reiki as a business first — it chose me through my own healing journey. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, to search for relief, and to come home to yourself again. How do you think about luck?
For me, it was never about luck — good or bad. It has always felt like alignment, destiny, and divine timing. The diagnosis of MS and other personal challenges weren’t misfortunes; they were initiations. They cracked something open in me and guided me toward a path I might not have discovered otherwise.
Instead of labeling those moments as negative, I see them as sacred turning points — invitations to evolve, soften, and step into the work I was meant to do. They shifted my perspective and made space for something more purposeful to enter my life.
So I don’t think my journey was influenced by luck. It was guided. It unfolded exactly as it needed to, leading me here — to a place where I can support others as they navigate their own transitions, awakenings, and healing.
