Ashlee Marie, or Coach A’ Marie, started her business, “A’ Marie Talks,” in 2019, while working full-time in a corporate setting. She was torn between raising a family of 2 beautiful daughters and climbing the corporate ladder without fulfillment or purposeful reward. To this day, she commits to being present when her daughters need her the most. This has and will always be a priority in Ashlee’s life. She chose entrepreneurship out of necessity and decided early that she would lead with her faith, better manage her time, and enter into the world of unlimited income by turning every barrier into a new source of strength.
This was no easy feat. After two years of business meetings, failures, and successes she decided to take a leap of faith and go full force in the coaching industry. Present day, Ashlee travels the world with her daughters to share hope and inspiration freely showcasing what life looks like when you live it on your own terms. Quite a beautiful and priceless journey is the best way to describe this experience!

Ashlee Marie has navigated her share of profound challenges, which have shaped her into the impactful coach she is today. Her experiences with trauma and the journey toward healing have given her a unique, compassionate insight into the term, “growing pains!” These personal obstacles have not only refined her understanding of resilience and strength but have also deepened her commitment to helping others find purpose through their own struggles.
One of her key challenges has been balancing family life with a demanding career, especially as a solopreneur and a mother. Juggling the demands of parenthood with her responsibilities as a polished professional has required both discipline and flexibility, and she’s emerged with insights on achieving success without sacrificing family or faith.
Building an online coaching business from the ground up has posed its own tests, including mastering public speaking, art of storytelling, and organically building a client base primarily through referrals. Ashlee dominates the market as a no-nonsense coach who believes in her clients 100%. Operating and managing her virtual team have required resourcefulness and strategic decision-making, reinforcing her skills in leadership and business. These obstacles—overcoming trauma, balancing family and work, and building a business as a solopreneur—have all made her a coach who truly understands the challenges her clients face. Coach A’ Marie has turned these challenges into strengths, using them to fuel her purpose and guide others with authenticity, wisdom, and resilience.

Coach A’ Marie spends a majority of her time facilitating E.P.I.C. professional development workshops, courses, and group coaching programs. They typically run for 6 weeks up to 6 months with enrollment only opening a few times per year. The primary focus of these programs is to empower her clients to overcome limiting beliefs, navigate life’s challenges, and achieve personal and professional transformation. In addition, in her spare time, she hosts a faith-inspired podcast, where she connects with other Christian Entrepreneurs willing to share their “Favored & Failure” stories. Her #1 hope is to serve and inspire others to turn their trauma into triumph.
Her superpower lies in guiding individuals through life, career, or business transitions. The framework for the E.P.I.C coaching programs traditionally focus on helping others rediscover their identity, build emotional resilience, and cultivate mental wellness so that they can achieve the highest level of success.

</b>Creating spaces where people can find healing, hope, and strength through faith serves as the largest accomplishment. The pages inside of
“Blessed and Bad 2 the Bone,” stands as a true testament to the personalized journey and serves as a source of encouragement to others. Lastly, creating a 31-day prayer journey and prayer calendar has been a personal milestone in helping others deepen their spiritual connection.
