Today we’d like to introduce you to Doug Miller.
Hi Doug , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
ARCA driver Doug Miller grew up in Satsuma, Florida. Born into a racing family, his passion for racing goes back generations with his grandfather racing the beaches of Daytona in 1950’s. With racing in his blood he spent his formative years at the nearby Putnam County speedway turning wrenches and honing his skills on the dirt tracks of Florida.
In the 25 years since Doug began his journey he has spent thousands of hours behind the wheel and in the garages of tracks across the country. After some discussions with legends of the sport Doug turned his attention to asphalt. It is there where he hopes to make his mark and continue a family tradition.
Doug is a blue collar guy and a family man who is chasing his dream the old fashioned way. With hard work and grit, one race at a time. Now living in Hilliard , FL and driving for Clubb Racing INC. out of Morris,Ill. Doug is working tirelessly with grease under his nails to secure sponsorships for the upcoming season. Doug is making his debut on the track July 25th ARCA Menards NASCAR series In Indianapolis.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth rider due to the Financial banking. This type of sport requires sponsorships and lots of financial backing.
